Cee’s Fun Foto series this week is focusing on Water. I have always been fascinated with and have a great affinity for water, in all its forms. The majority of my watercolours include water. I have tried to portray rough seas, gurgling brooks, calm lakes, frozen rivers and so on and so on …
Most wonderful watercolours and you’re self-taught. I’m truly impressed.

And haven’t you done an amazing job! I think the stream is my favourite but I’d hang any of them on my walls. They’re fabulous, Lynne. 🙂

I’ve spent a lot of hours trying to imitate the fluidity of water and all its nuances of movement and colour. 🙂 It will forever fascinate me. Thanks, Cee.

I took up watercolours in 2002 and am self-taught. Lately I have been more interested in my photography and I haven’t actually done a watercolour in some time. Before the photography took over I was trying out pastels.
